Terms of Service
1. The service
The service is a browser-based outbound dialing platform. We provide the software, the compliance gate, number provisioning, and integrations. You provide the people, the lead lists, and the legal basis for calling them.
2. Accounts and seats
An owner account controls a workspace. Reps access the dialer through scoped links issued by the owner and hold no credentials of their own. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including revoking rep links when someone leaves.
3. Your compliance duties
The platform enforces calling rules mechanically, but the legal duty to call lawfully is yours. In particular:
- You must hold your own federal Do Not Call Subscription Account Number (SAN) registered under your own EIN, and keep it current.
- You must have a lawful basis for every number you upload.
- Blocked calls are blocked for a reason. Attempting to circumvent the compliance gate is a terminable offense under these terms.
4. Acceptable use
No robocalling, no spoofing, no harassment campaigns, no lists you do not have the right to call. Fair-use unlimited calling covers human teams dialing at human pace; sustained automated volume beyond that may be throttled after notice.
5. Numbers and carriers
Phone numbers are provisioned through our carrier partners and billed monthly. Numbers you purchase remain portable; releasing a number takes effect at the end of its billing cycle. Carrier-side reputation programs (attestation, branded caller ID) are enrolled on your behalf.
6. Billing
Seats are billed per month or per year through Stripe. Seat changes prorate. Non-payment suspends live dialing before it suspends access to your data.
7. Your data
Your leads, recordings, and call outcomes are yours. Export is available at any time through the API or CSV. Details on how we handle data live in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with thirty days' notice by email to the workspace owner. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
