Questions owners actually ask

A rep dialing all day is covered. No per-minute meter, no bundled minute count, no overage invoice. The one hard number is 200 dials per day on each phone number, and that cap exists to keep your numbers from getting burned, not to ration you. Add numbers and the ceiling moves with them. Volume no human team produces gets a conversation, never a surprise bill.

Yes. Federal rules make each seller hold its own Subscription Account Number under its own EIN, and your first five area codes are free from the registry. You enter yours on the Compliance tab and the gate checks it on every dial from then on. A placeholder value is refused exactly like an empty one, so nobody on your team can fake their way past it.

No. There is one endpoint that starts a call, and it runs the gate before it does anything else. Auto-dial ends up there, the click-to-call button ends up there, and so does the REST API. No override flag, no admin skip, no second dial path.

Release any number from the Numbers tab. It comes off the carrier account and off your subscription in the same moment, prorated. Numbers are month to month and are never bundled into a term.

Yes, and we would rather you did. A test key routes to a simulator that drives the same call state machine and the same compliance gate as a live call, and you choose the outcome: human, voicemail, busy, no answer, carrier failure. Reps learn the screen and see real refusals before a single number is bought. Workspaces are opened by us rather than by a signup form, so book a demo and we will open yours. Live dialing starts once your Do Not Call number is on file and your numbers are purchased.
